The house of the clubs varies- per cruise, per day- and hours are posted on the navigator you'll receive the night before. This is probably why you can't find that info because "set in stone" hours are nonexistent. So there is no set time- but you will be able to see the night before, on the navigator delivered to your room, what time it opens/closes and what activities when.
Generally the age oceaneers club closes the earliest- USUALLY that's the general rule... earlier than all other clubs or same time as lab. There are times that the lab may close earlier- don't ask me why. LOL for instance it may be club 11, lab midnight, tween club midnight, teen club 1am. Or it may be club midnight, lab 11, tween 1am, teen 1 am. It really varies.
Now with that said- they've changed club/lab up where now they aren't kept completely seperate anymore. They allow ages 3-10 in both club and lab to go back and forth if they want to do the activites and whatnot. So think of it more as if club/lab is ages 3-10 instead of seperate. I don't know if this means they'll always have both closing at the same time or not, but if not- that would mean POTENTIALLY club age children could simply move on over to the lab if the club closed earlier than the lab, and vice versa.
They can stay as long as they want- and as long as you let them.
I honestly can't remember ever seeing lunch on the navigators... but maybe they did and I just didn't notice it. But I do know they will take them to dinner if they are in there during "their" dinner time for club/lab (you can see what time that is on the navigator and please notice that it's not the same time as your dining time. So if you have plans on child being in there while you're getting ready for dinner- might want to think again because then she will have eaten with the club while you were getting ready and then you all go to dinner together? no bueno. LOL So you'll need to make sure you get her out of there before they transition to dinner with the club- unless you just want her to eat in there and have no intentions of then taking her to dining room and expecting her to eat there. LOL
Also they have "transition times" when they take her to dinner and bring her back- and you can't pick up your child while they were in transition. You can only pick her up in the club or where they are having dinner.
Also- since you said add more tips:
-Don't go into it with expectations that you won't ever get her out. I thought the same about our youngest and that just didn't work out that way. LOL
-You can go in and play with her at any time too- you don't have to just drop her off and stay out... nope. Parents allowed in too.
-Also keep in mind they cannot help the child at all going potty**. So she will need to be able to undress herself, wipe herself, and dress herself. If she can handle potty by herself- just make sure she's in clothes she can also handle. (ie: swimsuit under a one piece romper is probably not a good idea unless she can handle that on her own)
**This is what I have read here countless times and haven't experienced myself. This probably doesn't mean if she goes potty and comes out needing help with a button or strap or something that they'd ignore her and not help her. They probably would, I would imagine. I'm pretty sure if a young child came out not completely dressed that they'd really help them finish with something they couldn't handle LOL
