Here is a hint for those who are traveling in groups. You can link your room number to another so that your friends/family can pick your kids. It worked great for us. One parent could check in/out all the kids from 2 or more different families. Made life a bit easier. It would be helpful if you in advance came up with something you can both remember for pass words (each room has a password you will need to get you kids out of the club/lab).
