I have an obsession with clothes, its cliche but its bad..

I buy expensive 50's vintage dresses and never wear them

Shoes shoes shoes..I can top all you ladies on flip flops at least 30 and I can't wear them right now due to snow. I probably have 40 pairs of boots from sexy high heels to hiking to snow. In all my shoe collection took 25 boxes the last time we moved and I have more now 2 years later.

Books - last move 20 boxes of these not counting all the ones I buy for my son at least 5 more boxes since then. there are bookcases in every room of my house including the kitchen (cookbook collection) and the bathroom and I go to the library 2x a week in the wintertime.

Luggage...I LOVE vintage suitcases & trunks I am an auction hound! However the trunks give me a place to keep all my shoes!

My other obsession is Liquor Cherry Chocolates. Tink bought me a box one year for Christmas, my Mother found them in the fridge & ate 3 .....I went ballistic......

Oh and I forgot about rainsonettes, but we cant get them here, so I have to obsess, but not eat!!

If we are talking candy...here you go EVERY year I buy every last candy cane (red & white only) that I can find at after Christmas sales so that I will have enough to last all year...and I have passed on this obsession to my son so I have to find even more!

Tink, I have a similar problem. I bought a small collection of dresses from Venus Swimwear. At one time I was able to wear them (and look good), now I have to many jiggly bits and they don't look so good on me anymore, but i refuse to get rid of them. I will fit in them again. On the up side, when i do loose weight, I won't have to go buy a whole new wrodrobe.(sp)
