I don't consider Cafe Orleans a quick service meal. Their prices seem high to me too!!
We usually eat at Rancho Zocalo, Plaza Inn and the French Market in DL and Pacific Wharf in Disney CA. It's still expensive, but not nearly as expensive as the sit down places.
I don't like spending a ton of money on food anyway, so for me it's not worth it.
