Oasis Lakes Resort (The Fountain)

Has anyone stayed at this resort? It's on South International Drive and looks pretty new. We have a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 8 on hold.

I'm typing this at The Fountains right now! My SIL owns here and she wasn't going to use her week this year, so we bought it from her. It's a very nice place! The pool is an indoor/outdoor pool and very warm water for the kids. They are working on the one side of the resort, so you might want to see if you can get a place on the lake side. If you have any specific questions, I'll try to answer them for you. Today we are going to Sea World! We are staying in building 4 and it's great!

No specific questions - just wondering if anyone here had an opinion. It's received great ratings on the RCI site but I thought I'd get a first-hand account. And I couldn't ask for anything more than a report from the resort - thanks

Oh, I just thought of one question. How long does it take to get to the Disney parks from there? I've stayed at the Vistana Villages on the southern end of International Drive - is it near there?

Yes its very close to Vistana Villages but on the other side of the street..I have heard good things about this resort too

Vistana Villages is right across the street. It takes maybe 10 minutes to get to Disney property. We went to Sea World yesterday and that takes about 5 minutes! Great location!
