You are so correct he was Hockey for that era. He was the Rocket Richard of the 80's and 90's.

I live in Paris and work in Brantford (where he was born and raised) I can tell you that his entire family is wonderful. They are very humble people and you would never know that they have a famous son/brother.

My neighbours in London when I was a kid are from Brantford and thier cousins grew up next door to the Gretzky family and went to school with them I got to meet his younger brothers when I was a kid they came with the Anthony's cousins for a visit. What a great bunch of kids they were.

The Greatest Canadian episode on him was really good too (regardless of that fact it was hosted by Deb Gray - she was just too flat sounding and used "no brainer" more than once...)
