NYS Taxes - Need Help, Trying To E- File

I keep getting this error on turbotax and it won't let me e-file my state return. This is in regards to the dependent care I paid. I have three different providers listed and it gives me this error for each.

"You Must Fix This ErrorIT-216: Care Provider's Address-3 should not be entered directly on Form IT-216 for State Electronic Filing. You must complete the Federal return, Form 2441. "

Okay, so why does Turbotax keep entering it?! I have deleted it and it still puts it back on there. Ugh!

Did you do the update for Turbo Tax before you started? I can't believe you have your W-2's already.

Have you contacted their tech center to ask what to do?

I'm doing the online version so I assume it's up to date? I suppose I should email them.

I tried to do taxcut and their program is screwed up too. I keep entering my income from my W-2 and when I get to the review it tells me I can't e-file because my W-2 income is different than my 1040 income (well THEY are putting it on the 1040 not me!!) Grrr!!

I had to hound my boss to get the W-2

For whatever reason I had a lot of problems e-filing my NYS taxes for last year via TurboTax--- lots of errors that didn't make sense. I should add I just did them recently- I was lazy and knew I was getting a refund so I waited. Anyhow-- I had to finally contact the Turbo Tax to get some help.

My W-2 from work is in too. They got them Wednesday when I was leaving. My boss told me if I wanted to hold on she'd get it for me. I didn't bother because I know dh doesn't have his yet. This year I want the money quicker so I'm hoping to file within the first week of Feb..
