The motion for summery dismissal is rejected on face value. Your face sir, in the picture with Mr. Willy shows clear and present longing for his beverage.

The evidence is clearly tainted and I instruct the jury not to consider it.

The trial of Ms. Nicole for agrivated assault with intent to commit murder is also dismissed as justifiable in the courts eyes.
