Anyone know if the Biergarten in Epcot celebrates the New Year as it turns midnight in Germany?

Not in an "official" sense, but the CMs there really get into wishing each other and the dining guests Happy New Year at 6:00 PM Florida time! This is a great place to eat if you want to celebrate the New Year but don't want to stay up until midnight to do so!

However, on a less positive note, the last time I checked the buffet here (roughly a month ago) I was shocked and disappointed at the reduced selections and changes to the quality of the food. I chose not to dine there that evening. I would not have been happy at paying the increased price for reduced selections and quality. Maybe it will improve for the holidays?
