NYE wait listed pick between CS or POFQ

We are wait listed for December 31st so I have to make a backup reservation for the night and am trying to decide between Coronado Springs and Port Orleans French Quarter. I know that night will be crazy. we plan to go to HS for fireworks. Which resort do you think would have the best bus service that night? Also, are both resorts standard rooms double or queen beds? Lets hope my wait list comes in so we don't have to pack up and move!! Thanks

it's been about 8 years since we were there during nye. i forgot how crazy it is. but i hope your waitlist comes through.

Back when we used to stay in moderate resorts, we always picked POFQ. We loved their bus service - POFQ was picked up first, and dropped off first. We also just loved the resort overall - it is so small that everything is close to your room - the food court, the pool, and the bus stop. I think they have had a refurb in the last year, so the rooms should be in great shape.

I have heard fabulous things about the bus service at POFQ. Both resorts have queen beds now I believe after the refurb.
