Heading to WDW for New Years. This will be my first experience at WDW over the holidays. Planning on going to Epcot for NYE and was wondering if anyone had suggestions for the best viewing spot for Illuminations and what time will people start standing around for th 11:40 show. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
