NYE events, do they restrict to resort guests?

You would have access if you are staying at one of those resorts. Otherwise you won't be able to park there. At the Poly, they limit access to the resort beach to their guests only, due to the MK fireworks. They often will cut off mobile ordering access, too so people don't try to park to pick up an order. Not as sure about the GF, I do know they are quite strict, they have heard all the excuses!

The GF definitely doesn't joke about access if not staying there or having an ADR. The gate guards often require both scanning your MB as well as showing ID or asking for name on the ADR along with ID.

Once holiday season decorations go up, they are particularly stringent about that.

We often stay at VGF in mid-November and have seen more than one driver have an intense conversation (as in shouting at the gate guard) prior to flipping a speedy u-turn out, sometimes flipping something else.
