NYE Dinner Recommendations??

HI!
Just found out we'll be in WDW for NYE--not planning to go into the parks, as we're getting there in the afternoon and things will be crowded, from what I hear. Anyway, we're interested in having dinner somewhere other than the food court at Pop (where we'll be staying for the night). Any suggestions? Our party includes my DH, DD8, and me.

Quite a bit of the eateries are probably booked up by now- but it can't hurt to try.

What's your budget, how far are you willing to go for dinner?
Are you looking for an earlier meal or a later meal? How much noise can you take?

Give me some idea, and I'll see what I can suggest.
