NYE at City Walk

Anyone have an idea when they will post who will be performing NYE at City Walk? Already booked hotel in anticipation of spending NYE at Universal (used to spend it at Pleasure Island until they tore the stage and all the walls down). Planning on getting the VIP tickets. Anyone do this before? Thoughts?

Historically, the NYE entertainment hasn't been announced until after the Halloween event is over and that will likely be the case again this year. Last year, a headliner wasn't even booked until early November (I really don't think Cyndi Lauper was their first choice! )

Anyway, the marketing department will be putting all of it's resources into promoting HHN and when that's over, NYE will be the next big event. You'll have a good time regardles but don't look for any announcement until the end of October at the earliest.
