NYC Port Question

We have always left from PC on our Disney cruises and probably somewhat spoiled from the ease of luggage transfers to the port since we always either stay at the Hyatt MCO or Disney resort pre cruise.

I just booked a cruise to Bermuda leaving out of NYC. I am very excited about this but have some questions about the process from there. Is there any type of luggage transfer service or transportation from a hotel around there or do we just take car service to the port and drop off luggage at designated spot?

I am just curious of the process in the event there is anything else I need to arrange for.

Well, I do believe there may be a hotel or two that DCL uses for pre night stays which include transfers and luggage service. At least this was the way back in 2012 when they left from NY.

If you are not staying pre night in NYC or taking their transfer service from the airport then you will bring your own luggage to the port and drop it off.
