Nutztogo.com questions

Hello!

For those of you that have ordered from nutztogo.com recently, I have a few questions.

1. I saw the word "bonus" and immediately clicked on it. Unfortunately, it said I had to have a promotional code. Does anyone know where I would find one of those?

2. They sell a kids' fanny pack. Has anyone bought one of them? Are they nice? I'm wondering if I should get one for my 6 year old son for our May trip. If you have one, how big are they? My 6 year old is quite "wide".

I'm sorry that I don't know anything about this company. But hopefully someone will see this and will answer your questions. :)
 
I have ordered from nutztogo twice. Both times I failed to receive the merchandise. They were completely unresponsive when I tried to track down my orders. I had confirmation emails, order numbers, etc. But I never got anything from them. Luckily, they never got my money. Very strange. Left a real bad taste in my mouth.

Sorry that doesn't really answer your questions. Just thought, since you needed a bump, I'd share my (dreadful) experience.
 

I ordered from them last year before our trip to Disney. I ordered the kids fanny pack and some luggage tags. I will never order from them again. I never recieved the merchandise. I called and emailed w/ no responses. Finally after we returned from Disney there was a package from the waiting w/ a letter inside apologizing for the mix up. They doubled my order of luggage tags (which I now didn't need since we were home) and charged me for the original order. I was furious but never got anywhere w/ them to get my money back.
 
I've ordered from them several times. Have never had a problem. I used to know the code for the bonus, but it's been too long. Sorry. I've gotten several of their vacation countdown clocks. I love them! :earboy2:
 
Thanks for your honest replies! It always helps to be "on guard" against companies that may or may not deliver. When did you order from them? Recently? The last time I ordered something from them was 3 years ago. My sister-in-law and I both placed orders and didn't have a problem. I'm just wondering if perhaps they've changed ownership.

I went back to their website specifically to order a new countdown clock keychain for Disney. My son had one for our trip 3 years ago and now we're going in May. I thought these might make good Christmas presents for him and my daughter.

But, now I'm not too sure! Anyway, please let me know when you ordered from them that you received such poor (or good -- sklimuck) service.

I dont know the code but I do know they are always in debs (All Ears) newsletters so if you sign up for that you the code should be in it.
