Nutrition information

I know no one goes to a theme park for healthy eating, but does anyone know whether nutrition information is available for Disney restaurants and quick service places? I’m looking for something more comprehensive than just allergen information (but think I already know the answer to this question unfortunately). TIA.

From what I can find (spoiler: nothing), they don’t publish a lot of anything. Alas.

Yeah that’s pretty much what I’m finding. Too bad, I thought there might be like some hard-to-find-but-if-you-look-over-here information somewhere. Oh well.

I wish they would have nutrition info. It’s too bad because there’s no harm in making information available. Six Flags makes their nutrition info available, so Disney could certainly do it.

Its not ideal by any means, but I Google the copy cat calorie count.

My fave is the Monte Cristo. So: https://picky-palate.com/monte-cristo-original-disneyland-recipe/

If I can't find a specific Disneyland copycat recipe with nutritional info, then I just Google the nutritional info for the regular food and use those calories X 1.5 to find a better estimate.
