Hi , Has anyone done Nutrisystem lately ? I have been trying !! to do WW and there is just so many ways that I cheat myself that I need a structured plan where my food is all planned and portioned .. I was on their website and they now have a plan for 28 days of food shipped right to you . I am also wondering about Jenny Craig ( altho you have to pay a membership fee to use them and with NS you don't ) .. Thanks for any advise/help Michelle

Oh ps -- I did NS twice before ( once before getting married -1991 to 1992 and then again after my DD was born 1993-1994 ) and lost the weight and kept it off for at least a year each time but then went through some emotional trama and gained it back PLUS !!

Hi. I have been doing Nutrisystem for a couple of months now. I love the new low glycemic foods.

The plan is very easy to follow and doesn't require a lot of prep time, which was my downfall.

I started off on WW and lost about 25 lbs. Since joining NS, I have lost an additional 16. I am making slow but steady progress.

My DH and I have been doing Nutrisytem since January. We both love it. The food is good, not gourmet, lol, but good.

The convenience is wonderful. We are on autoship, so every 4 weeks the boxes just show up at my door. Love that! They provide you with three entrees (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and dessert. You do have to supplement with dairy, salads and veggies, some carbs (depending on how much weight you have to lose), and fruits.

We have had steady weight loss of 2-3 pounds per week and a lot of our health issues are fading away.
