Nut allergies and Food and Wine

I usually travel to WDW with DS who uses a wheelchair, but this trip will be wheelchair free! I'm going with BFF for F&W. I'm looking forward to a w/c free trip. Anyway, BFF has severe allergies to tree nuts. Is it fairly easy to get nut info on F&W items as it is for other restaurants? Has anyone with nut allergies ever done F&W to be able to offer advice?
