I'm going to be traveling with a 5 month old that I BF. Is there anywhere at PC to nurse him where I can be hidden from the public...besides a bathroom stall? (He's very nosy and is easily distracted by others around him.)

When you check in there is a fairly large lounge area like they have at the airport. In my experience, most people are either in line checking in, checking out the model of the ship or getting their pictures made with a character. You can probably at least find a semi-quiet corner of that area with a nice couch to sit on. If you go early, the check-in process doesn't take that long and you can get on the ship and find a nice breezy deck chair on one of the less active decks.

I'll be doing the same with a 7 month old on the repo cruise. I'm hoping that I can at least get him to the occasional bottle stage by then so I'm not trying to nurse in an evening gown on formal night! DH and I haven't dressed up like that since we got married 10 years ago so I hate to give that up.

I had to nurse my then 8month old at the table in Lumiere's. Thankfully I bought my dresses with nursing in mind, so it was a wrap dress. Gotta love how the European servers didn't even bat an eye, whereas here in the States some people seem so freaked out to see a baby nursing.

Can you perhaps time your arrival with his nursing schedule so you can feed him in the car just before you go into the building? That way you probably wouldn't have to nurse again until you were onboard and could find a quiet place.

I remember there were several areas that had couches facing the glass block windows and away from the flow of people. These would be perfect for nursing in the open areas. I also remember they had a "family restroom" which had seat in it for a quieter place.

As the mother of three boys who will think it's funny and be way too curious, I worry more about offending you than you offending me  "Boys, leave that lady alone!"

No one ever batted an eye at me when I nursed on the cruise (or at Port Everglades in the midst of 2000 people packed together).

As for PC, I'm not sure if there is a private area, but everyone wqill be so excited about the cruise, they won't notice you!

On my September cruise, my sister and I were both nursing our infants. My daughter isn't easily distracted; however, we had no problem nursing in the coffee shop in the corner of the port. There are several little tables, and you can easily get in a corner if need be.

No one batted an eye at my nursing anywhere.

We're back from the cruise. Had no problems with nursing. I was able to time things perfectly. I did, however, have to nurse him in the car when we disembarked.

It's nice when they're rear facing and you can still nurse them in the carseat! We just turned my 18month around, and I'm wondering how our car ride to Orlando will go next month.

Considering that there are topless beaches at some of the ports on the Eastern itinerary, I can't imagine that nursing should cause much of a stir! ;)
I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a quiet and secluded, if not totally private, area.
