Nurse Daisy Request - Can anyone help?

I have a special request. I am making special trick or treat bags for MNSSHP for our crew. One of the dads is a Dr. and his wife suggested Daisy...perhaps as a nurse for his trick or treat bag. I am just guessing here but I bet he goes in scrubs to the MNSSHP...

Now if it is just Nurse Daisy he will probably be too embarrassed to carry it (and know for sure that his wife was in on the joke) but maybe if Donald is a patient would be ok.

Anyone care to take on this project for me?
