Nuimo dolls sold on cruises?

Are Disney nuimo dolls and clothes sold on DCL? My daughter fell in love with the nuimo dolls at Disney World and wants to save her money to buy clothes for her doll on our cruise.

They were not on the Magic in January but have become so popular that I would not be surprised to see them in the future.
