NTSB Monorail crash report

After a thorough investigation by the NTSB, the final crash report has been completed for the horrific crash involving monorails pink and purple. For those interested it can be accessed here.

Wow, I can't believe it's been over two years since that sad time. I still think about poor Austin and his family every time I see those monorails.
