NTL...dont you want to scream!!!

Anybody else having trouble with NTL today?
I can send,but not receive e-mails.
Ive been waiting on line for half an hour now with Broadband medic,and still no reply!!

My NTL is working fine, though a couple of weeks ago I was having major problems which were due to our 'very old' modem and the recent thunderstorms

NTL is working fine for me today however I do regularly have problems with it

I take you all asked for the 1/2 price broadband just tell them you're moving to talk talk. I got mine have price 4mb broadband and talk unlimted

Mine is ok, hope yours is sorted now.
I have NTL home, Tiscali work. both have been superb for me

It wouldn't be the best time to admit to working for them then?

Not in any customer facing role though, in a secret hidden back office... actually a hidden office near enough so I don't know what problems there have been today.

I don't know the rules about posting links to other forums on here but if you search for ntl, cable and forum you will find a site full of very knowledgeable people who may be able to help you out. It is not an official ntl site, the people on there just help out in their free time. HTH
