We have them, never eaten there, but they do sell their BBQ sauce at Publix and it is out of this world good!

That was a very special thing they did, but I don't know that I'd call it customer service. That was customer recovery, and it was handled in a most impressive manner. Customer service is what happens to you when you go back to eat again. That is when you'll probably decide if they really deserve your business.

Good point. They should not never have had to make that kind of recovery in the first place, but it's cool that they did. We'll be going back with our gift certificates when our family gets back in town in a few weeks, so we'll let you know how it goes.
