In other words, can I use the 1-800 # the same way as I did with DC?

Yes, member services can do PS's over the phone (but not e-mail). Remember that they open at 9:00am, where CRO opens at 7:00am, so for hard to get ones (like CRT), you're going to have to call the regular #. I would try the Disney Club 800#, it may still work for awhile.

Nope. Just a message that the DC ended on 12/31/03.

I'm going to have to get used to making my PS's during business hours! Seems I always think of this at 10pm at night! I'm going to miss that 800 number...

It's a shame that for the room rates & food prices they charge at WDW that they don't have an 800# for non-DVC. The bad part too is you have to sit on hold for so long. Then they ask you a a bunch of survey questions before you even get to say what you want. All on your $$.

Saw on another thread that the DC Number IS still working!

Must have been down yesterday due to the holidays, but the message then listed the standard WDW phone number and said to call that!

I really hope they keep it open...
