I've been going through ROFR with a resale for OKW. I checked in today and found out that Disney had just passed on it today. So, who's going to be the first to welcome me home?
One other question. How quick do you think it will take for me to have everythig settled and to be able to book? I'm hoping for a little pixie dust and would like to book for my trip that starts 2/29.

You still have to wait for closing and then you should be in the DVC computer within a week after. At that time you can make that 1st reservation!

You can call MS and they can look up your membership number using your SS#. (If possible, get the member number from your broker to expedite the process).
