Just got an email from the concierge at AKL, welcoming us and asking if we needed help planning, PS for meals, spa treatments, etc. That just absolutely thrilled my soul!
We'll be there over New Year's. Once we get back, I'll give y'all the gory, unbiased details. We'll see if this concierge gig is all it's cracked up to be.
