Now I'm nervous about Happy Limo

I booked these guys already, and now I'm having second thoughts based on some bad reviews that I've read on these boards.

Looking for honest opinions....should I cancel them & book another company? Should I keep them? We're only using them from port to MCO.

Our thoughts on Happy Limo are very blunt, even if they offered a FREE limo trip we (5 families of friends) would not go with them ,EVER.
Many other good comapnies exist, look somewhere else.

check out southern elegance limo they are very friendly and know a lot about disney.. i believe the website is www.selimo.net . i was booked with fltours and read a bad review and canceled them instantly, i felt that were not very personable, Se limo was very friendly and answered all my questions and Adam was super.. so thats why i went with them...

Kim&Chris -- we used HL BWV to PC; PC to MCO in December '03 and had a very good experience with them.

Four years ago we were stranded at Port Canaveral after our cruise as Happy Limo didn't show up. The driver apparently tried to get into the area but didn't have the proper license with him so was turned away. We took a taxi to the airport instead and our money was refunded by HL. They also offered us a free transfer whenever we returned to Orlando. Now, I think they have probably changed hands since then, but I e-mailed two different people at Happy Limo (reservations and main person, I think) before our July cruise, telling them the situation, and never heard back from them. I didn't push it or call them, so maybe they might have responded better if I had. We weren't desperately in need of their services, just thought it might be nice.

Hi. We used Happy Limo last October to go from MCO to WDW and they were great. They showed up on time both ways and stopped at a grocery store for us on the way to our hotel. That has been our only experience with them but I would use them again.

We used Happy in 2002 - our first time to use a service.
Our driver was waiting with a sign at baggage claim - picked us up in a "new" van (we only requested a sedan) waited patiently for our grocery stop, and then they picked us up in a limo (older, but nice) for our return to the airport. Nice Touch!

They were on time, vehicles were great. No problems. Would use them again.

We used Happy this past Sept. and they were fine. The driver was not very talkative but everything was fine w/ the service!

We used Happy Limo in March to and fro the Hard Rock... absolutely no problems, surprised us with a Stretch for the return trip.

I should add I have them booked for November Cruise... so please more positives!!!

We used Happy Limo last September (2004) when all the hurricanes were battering Florida. They provided transportation from MCO to PC and then PC to the pier. Hurricane Jeanne prevented us from using them on the return trip from the pier. We loved them and would recommend them.
