What type of weather should I expect for early November. I was hoping to get away with jean capri's during the day and evening and just packing a jacket or sweatshirt for at night. However, I am worried that I may be too cold at night -- any suggestions??? :confused3

The temp's can be a little unpredictable during November. During our last trip over Thanksgiving we had 80's during most days and mid to upper 60's most nights. We got used to this and were pretty much wearing shorts and t-shirts, maybe a light jacket if we were looking for a long night. Then, the night we have EMH Evening at the MK it turns off to just under 50 with a light drizzle so that eveyone is freezing.

I guess the point is plan on having pleasant temp's but pack some warmer clothes or be prepared to have a nice, new Disney sweatshirt / jacket or two.

We went to WDW in early November 2003 & 2005. The temps were 70's and 80's during the day and cooled into the 60's at night. The coldest was one morning when the overnight low got down to 55 (however, temps were back in the 70's by late morning).

The only time I was cold was after getting out of the pool after a post dinner swim.

Oh course keep in mind we're from Maine.

The weather was gorgeous when we were there last year (early November) BUT, it was cool at night (needed a jacket or sweater) and some of the restaurants were very cold...ditto the buses. Pack layers and you should be very comfortable.

Thanks for all your input -- Sounds like I should be fine with capris, lightweight tops, and a jacket for evening. I don't mind weather that is in the 60's but I really mind weather in the upper 90's -- hence the fall, rather than summer, trip!!!! :thumbsup2

The weather can be iffy in Nov and Dec. One year we wore shorts the entire time, both day and night. Other years we can wear shorts during the day (when the sun comes out it does get nice and warm) and long pants at night.

I plan on bringing shorts and a couple of pair of long pants. Hoping for nice warm weather.

I agree, Nov. can be definately unpredictable. I know every time we have gone in Nov (TG week) we have been in sweatshirts to start off the morning, then began peeling off them as the morning wore on.. by noon, we were swimming by the pool. LOL then at night, it is time for a light jacket or sweatshirt again..
However, i remember the time my inlaws went & there was an extreme cold snap, and it was in the 30's!!!! Ugh, i would be soooooo bummed!! LOL
