November weather -- How to dress???

Never been this time of year. I realize that weather and temps can be highly unpredictable, but generally what are people wearing this time of year. I know it will be cold at home when we leave. Do people still wear shorts and short sleeved shirts this time of year in FL??

I'd bring a couple of sweatshirts, and a wind breaker type of jacket. Those will probably be needed at night. I'd think a pair or two of jeans would suffice as well. I'd still pack mostly shorts, though, and short sleeve shirts, for the days. Swim trunks would be good. You just never know what the weather will be like from mid-November through about mid-February. Keep in mind that the weather is quite different there in late November than early November.

Our past December trips have been warm (01,02, & 04). We always wear a light jacket (so not to take up luggage space) and take a couple of pairs of jeans and sweatshirts. I hate packing for December because you just never know. I know there are times that hats and mittens are needed so I pack for everything But generally it is warm.

I have been to WDW in early Nov and late Nov and also mid-Dec. Early Nov can be downright toasty!!! But later in the month, the weather is close to perfect. About low 80's -high 70's daytime, and about mid-60s at night. It can get chillier though at night. I come from NE, so traveling in Nov in shorts is not an option. I like to travel in jeans, longsleeved shirt, sweatshirt and have a windbreaker with me. That saves a ton of room in my bags. I usually wear shorts during the day with a shortsleeved shirt. At night it gets nippy, so a sweatshirt and jeans work for me. This year I think I'll be packing shorts and capris, rather than jeans. Just jeans for the flight.
There was one time in mid-Dec that it got downright cold!!! The CMs were talking about mittens and scarves!!! The cold wind cut right thru you. During the day it was fine as long as you were out in the sun, but if you were in the shade it was chilly!!! So, be prepared!!

We have been twice at Thanksgiving and are going again this year. We have generally worn shorts and t-shirts during the day. It can get cold after dark. We each take a couple of pairs of jeans and a jacket.

Very crowded Thanksgiving Day, and the Friday & Saturday after Thanksgiving.
