November Rates at CR?

We are going to the World in November (10th-17th)...I am currently booked at ASMo but was thinking about maybe staying at CR for 2 nights then switching to ASMo. I called to get a quote today for those 2 nights and for a "garden/water view" it was $631.00!!
Has anyone else booked around these dates? Just wanting to compare rates...I think this is very expensive for 2 nights!! Is this "view" the least expensive? That is all they offered me.
Thoughts?

I just booked that type room for Oct 4-8 and the AP rate is $234 a night . It's only about $25 more a night than I was paying for CY at the WL

Well we are going Nov. 23- 28th, staying at POR, so excited, haven't stayed there before. For 3 adults and 2 kids the total including tax with a AAA discount is $864.00, $172.83 a night. This is during Thanksgiving, so I think that's why the rates are a little higher. I was hoping to get the WL for a little over $200.00 a night. Anyway, HTH

The least expensive view at the CR is the Standard view wing room. The Garden/Water View Wing room is next. The rack rate for Nov for this room is $315 a night plus 11.5% tax a night. Starndard view is $274 a night plus 11.5% tax.
