This sounds really good. May I suggest Le Cellier for your dinner at Epcot. Make reservations though, they're needed at Le Cellier. A nice meat and potatoes kind of place. My son as a teen-ager loved it, well, at 19 he still does!!! Girls might like France, but I haven't eaten there yet. Will be able to tell you about that after our trip the first week-end in October. It's also fun to pick and choose around World Showcase at the counter service. Save dessert for France!!!

Make sure you get to the the parks 30-45 minutes before opening, for either EMH OR regular entry. If you're there to take advantage of it, it's best to be in front of the opening line too.

Just know to get the "big" rides over with right away and since it looks like you're hitting the parks more than once to "cover" everything don't wait in line. I have a 1/2 hour limit in my mind, and I don't do that very often!!! Many may differ, but I can't think of any ride that I'd want to waste 1 to 2 hours of fun Disney time for. There's so much else. Make use of FP if you really really want to do something with a long line.

Would DW and DD enjoy a manicure and pedicure from the Grand Floridian Spa??? Might be fun!!!

Being the selfish husband that I am :D I hadn't considered a manicure and/or pedicure for the DW and DD. Can somebody share what the the prices are, how to make an appointment and etc?

I joke that my DS16 eats anything that doesn't move. He has stated that he wants to eat his way around the countries in the World's Showcase in Epcot. He is looking forward to 2 things about our trip: Golf and eating.
