November/December Discounts?

Anyone know if they are going to have any for these months or know if/ when they would post them? The ideal time I'm looking for is 2nd-3rd week in Nov. w/ a party of 6-7, possibly just for a room or joining rooms. We are Visa and AP holders and the airfare is right in our range to do this trip. But don't want to book air unless I know if there may be discount on rooms at that time. Right now it looks like all the discounts end in Oct. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

There are room only codes out now. We got 40% off the Grand Floridian 11/16-21. Discounts for pre-holiday will be out later.

Where did you find that? I've been looking all over the DIS and Disney websites for anything.

I had heard about it on here so I called and was lucky enough to have a pin attached to my name. It's worth a call, maybe you have one! If they are doing pins they should have some kind of discount available closer to your trip.

Have you checked ot the Swan and Dolphin. I have several times in the past, but this time, I was able to score a great rate, including Christmas week.

There is a really good one if you are staying for 6 nights, because you get 50% off each second night. If we could have gone for that long, we could have gotten a room for $884.

Well, we have experienced all types of weather during the Christmas holidays. Twice it has been really nice, warm days close to 80, with mild evenings in the 50's, and the 2 other times, it was cold (30's and 40's, that is cold to me when it is cloudy and wet/damp) and dreary, with Dec 2009 cold and wet, it rained all day long on Christmas Day and I was miserable. You have to pack for all kinds of weather and layer. I tend to really over pack for Dec trips.

It is truly one of the most magical times to go to WDW, the decorations, the lights, the Christmas party at MK, MVMCP. You really need to make time to see at least a few of the Deluxe resorts and all the parks decorations. GF, CR, and WL are our favs.
