November crowds?

DH and I are tentatively looking at a quick "just us" weekend getaway to DL next month instead of our desired week-long January trip to WDW.

How are the crowds in November, and would the weekend of the 16th or the weekend of the 23rd be better?

I've looked at the refurb schedule and all the things we REALLYREALLYREALLY want will be going except Fantasmic (what's happened to that, anyway?), so that would work.

Fantasmic takes a winter and spring siesta. If it is scheduled like last year, it won't reopen until June.

As for your two choices, it looks like park times are the same.

I doubt there will be much difference in terms of crowds.

Maybe air fare will be better one weekend versus the other?

We are hoping for low crowds too Nov 14-17th !!! We went last year during Thanksgiving and it was a mad house so anything will be an improvement.

Something you might want to consider is that the Christmas fantasy parade starts Nov.22 before that it's the regular parade. We leave here Nov.15, and get back home Nov.27
