November A&E/7DMT FP Cancellations - READ 1st POST

Is it horrible of me to say that I think, out of common courtesy, there should be a limit on how many fast passes 1 person can secure? I mean I am a family of 5 but yet only secured 3 fast passes for A&E because my husband and oldest son don't want to see them so why would I prevent 2 other little children from getting them. Sorry if I'm out of line but I know my little girl would have been crushed if we didn't get to see them and I would hate for any other child to be upset about it.

I agree....I need 2 just for my DD and me, could only get one for the time I need. Still looking for one more.
I'm not even trying for a 3rd for DH. He doesn't want to see them and will probably go do Buzz or ride BTMR.

I was sitting in front of the computer at midnight sharp, and got ZERO A&E fastpasses for the 7 days we will be at Disney. I only need 2, well, actaully only 1 for DD, but she's only 5 and cannot go on her own, so I have to go with her.

New Standby/FASTPass+ Test For Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall

Anna Elsa FASTPass+Remember the paper return time test run for the Anna and Elsa meet-and-greet at Princess Fairytale Hall that was run a couple of months ago? Well, it appears as if the Magic Kingdom has caught up to its own technology and advanced it a little bit with the whole FASTPass+ bit.
Taking the Florida Plunge appeared to first catch onto it first, and I’m trying to get some more info on it, but this is the way it appears to work. Here are the details as far as I know and have been told.

~ This is just a four-day test starting today, Sept. 22, 2014, and running through Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014. It could be extended or just end. It also could be stopped and then come back at a later time, but for now…it’s four days.
~ At park opening, guests will be able to line up in the standby queue of Princess Fairytale Hall for Anna and Elsa for the first hour. Once an hour’s worth of standby line is in place, the line will be cut off for the day.
For example, this morning, an hour’s worth of wait time was in line by 9:15 a.m., and the line was cut off.
~ At that point, Cast Members will direct guests to FASTPass+ kiosks or their smartphones and their My Disney Experience app.
~ Guests can then get schedule a FASTPass+ return time for that current day. Apparently, a number of extra/new FASTPass+ times are being added to the daily day allotment for Anna and Elsa, but as it seems right now…it’s just for that current day.

So, say that all FASTPass+ return times were gone for today and tomorrow for Anna and Elsa. Guests in the Magic Kingdom today could get on their phones or go to a kiosk as of 9:15 a.m. and see added return times for today, but not yet tomorrow.

Tomorrow, it will be the same. We experimented this little test and it worked out that way for today.

There you have it! Disney did that paper return time test for Anna and Elsa back in July for a few days, and it seemed to work well. Only, everyone complained that technology was put in place for FASTPass+ but now there were paper passes back.

Well, it appears as if Disney listened and is trying this FOUR-DAY test with actual electronic FASTPass+ reservations being made and not the paper return time cards.

i managed one ... just one. Now i am tring to turn it into two before we go. It doesnt do me any good to see A&E without my 5 year old. As for the mine train.. I got three on two different days but would trade all of them for that missing A&E. I have 58 days left and am checking every day...

For anyone who has found one online? Can you tell when you checked and what's the best way? DD (3.5) and I have one but my DH REALLY wants to see her meet them. We tried so hard back in February when the lines were (not kidding!) 7-8 hours long. In the rain. Big families/groups were switching off hourly and with just 3 of us no way could we do that.

So I saw one available and tried like mad to change his, but I didn't know the time and the site was (of course) soooo slow I lost it. It picked Buzz! Even when I tried to copy hers or mine (we only have a ten minute overlap!) for him it didn't work and then was unavailable. Should I just try to pick all new for him in my crazy searching so I don't lose the possibility that he can be there too? We actually need a fourth for my Mom but geez..... Just one would be great. We're changing three entire days to make this one M&G happen because it was going to be our Epcot day.

I just got it on my phone on the app. I went back in a clicked new reservation and at first only picked myself, figuring Id do individual. It then came up and I clicked on it and it suggested 3 for that day and I took it. It was mermaid, A&E and buzz lightyear. Then I got one for DH but not for DD (because of her age 4 it wouldn't allow me to do her). So I backed out again and selected 3 of us and it accepted it again with those three suggestions. I took what I could get and then went in and switched Buzz Lightyear to 7DMT. I was shocked it came up on my phone at 6:30am!

I've been checking for better times so all four of my 7DMT FPs are grouped together. There's definitely a difference between the online and the phone app. I'm getting a choice of 6 new times on the phone app versus only two choices online. None of the times work for me but wanted to inform everyone of what I just experienced. So try both!

uggg its frustrating that the phone and online dont match. I am still deployed and cant use my phone for a bit yet. All I need is that one a&e pass to make this a perfect trip... i refuse to move my MK days because of BoG and CRT so worst case we will stand in line, but thank you to everyone posting drops hopefully one will be on my three MK days

On the app I just went back in to click on new reservation and 11/22 is still not grayed out so it still may be available - AND GO!

Glad I could help! We were trying to get 4 together and it finally paid off. The other three have no interest.

After weeks of searching, I finally was able to get 3 A&E FP's together! So, here's what I am about to drop (in 5 minutes)

Nov 2 - 1 A&E for 12:20 -1:20

Oct 30 - 3 A&E for 1:20 - 2:20

Go get them!

I managed to snag 1 FP for 11/25 early this morning. I have 3 A&E FPs each on a separate day. This whole thing is ridiculous. I guess I'll just send my 4yo into see A&E by herself!

Got up at midnight to make my FP+ reservations for 11/22 - 23 and 7DMT was already gone. I've tried stalking, but no luck. I did manage to get ONE for DH, but it was late in the day (while we're planning to be eating dinner at EPCOT) - then panicked because I was afraid he'd be forever separated from us....luckily I got him back on.

I've tried online, via iPad app and via iPhone app....should I just continue to stalk daily? Should I just give up and plan to ride stand-by?

Any advice is appreciated.
