Well, I tried to post the other night but it didn't work, since it's not here...

SOOOOOO.....

My MIL let me know this week (not 3 weeks ago when I ordered shirts) that the sizes I ordered for her and FIL are not what they want. SO- I have to hassle with the return of 10 shirts (5 for each, for both our DCL/WDW shirts), plus order new shirts. And now, pay a small fortune in expedited shipping and extended sizes costs. Grrrrr. So that has put a major wrinkle in my t-shirt making. Besides super stressing me out!!

I did get my FE's sent out!!

But the big OOPS of the week- I went to pick up our dresses that I sent to be altered. My vow renewal dress, DD's bridesmaids dress, DD's formal night dress. ALL 3 were not done correctly. I about flipped my lid. SO I have to go back and see the seamstress tomorrow, she was not in on Saturday. Of course, the biggest mistakes are with my dress... some stuff I paid for not done at all, some stuff done very poorly, and need to be entirely redone. I am furious. My time is very limited now, and these were not tough alterations to do. Plus, I already paid.

She is not gonna want to see me tomorrow!! Just what I needed right now, huh?

NOT a good day for you, Christine. I guess you didn't tell MIL "sorry, they're already ordered!"? like I would have. lol Hope today goes WAY better!

I found my shoe holder in the dollar store, but something like odd lots or big lots or tuesday morning should have them too.

Happy Monday!! We leave on Frdiay for a week in Fl. before we get on the ship. Can't wait for some warm weather. It is 52 here this morning and drizzling.
Linda, lots of for you with the cat scan today.
I did manage to get all of my clothes packed last night. So now just need to pack Dan's, and the stuff we use on a daily basis and I will be finished.
I need to get ready for work.

Time to say Good Morning again. Spent the weekend at Donna and got everything packed except the last minute items we have to throw in just before we leave. (Two cases are closed for good.) Hope the airlines doesn't smash all the gifts before they get there.

Thanks to everyone looking for the swim bands for us. We did find some Nemo ones when we went to Florida earlier this month. So, that's one less thing you will have to pack.

Believe it or not, one of my favorite things on the ship is sleeping with the rocking of the ship. But....also the food, hot tub, etc. I'm not a swimmer so the hot tub is big enough for me.

They should refund you for your time and trouble - and gas to go back and forth. There is no excuse for shotty work when it comes to alterations.

And the shirts - sorry to say but I think I would be doing what Linda said. But, you are nicer than I am and stepping up. They should at least have to pay the expedite.

Forgot to answer the "favorite thing to do":
There are soooo many things. But, my very FIRST favorite thing to do is to head right to Parrot Cay (i'm also the type that prefers to start my cruise by being waited on) and have the STRAWBERRY SOUP!!

I have a question with this whole box thing. I can't find a box with those measurements. We found a 18x12x8 or something like that. The rules on say 12 on a side. What does that really mean. I need to get the package out tomorrow so if anyone knows please help me out.

I am sitting here watching it pour rain thinking how next week at this time I will be in sunny Florida complaining about the heat

Minnie has climbed up in the chair next to me and is snoring really loud, crazy dog. Pixie doesnt snore but once in awhile she will howl until she is out of breath. She wakes herself up when she does it.

School is going very well. They are sure keeping me busy though. I have four exams the week before the cruise, but then I get to relax and enjoy seven days of freedom. We are absolutely coming to the meet. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Only 12 days left!!!

I am notorious for making grocery lists and forgetting them so maybe Linda's idea would be better. I still have to deal with the mail - maybe tomorrow I can get myself over to the post office and pick up the form. Probably could do it online too, if I just went looking.

Have a great evening. Dancing with the Stars, laundry and 5 FE gifts are on my to-do list. Short list = short memory, suppose I will get it all done??
