Hi everyone:banana:

All booked and counting down the days. Seems so long away! Trying to convince the wife we need do an Intermediate cruise:hug:
Not looking forward to seeing the price of the flights, they just seem to be getting more exspensive each year:mad:
I need a disney ship based in europe all year round, anybody else agree?

Totally agree-about the ship and the prices for flights.Hopefully we will get something in the 600,-€ range(I know,I´m dreaming).
Take care
Conny:flower3:

Welcome Kristen, Cesar, and Anna:

We are also from NJ and will be be right down the hall from you in 7070! We have a number of people on board so far from NJ, so hopefully we will be able to put together a NJ meet & greet some time next summer for anyone that would be interested.

Steve

Thanks Steve! I look forward to meeting everyone as well! A NJ meet & greet would be tons of fun! :goodvibes

Yes we were!:cool1: what a fabulous group... did Captain Marvins, the Cozumel Beach etc... Trick or Treat! It totally made for a perfect cruise!

Hope all our East Coast sailors are fine and recovering from the storm. We got off very lightly here in the DC area, lots of rain, lots of power outages, but otherwise, we dodged a bullet. Isabelle in 2003 was a lot worse for us.

This was posted on MousePlanet.com weekely update page.

:cool1: …The Disney Fantasy cruise ship is moving closer to completion, with the final building block of the ship—the 260-ton tip of the bow—scheduled to be welded to the rest of the ship on September 3. Once the last of the 80 sections is in place, work can fully shift to fitting out the interior of the ship. The Fantasy's maiden voyage is scheduled for March 31, 2012, when it begins its seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries.

Here is a link to video and photos of the final piece of the ship be added.

Hey there folks...........the countdown continues!

Just a idea...........and I have no talant art wise..............maybe we could come up with a logo for the cruise.....*OUR CRUISE*..........set up a place to make some?.Tshirts?..........

Maybe see if we could get 2 or 3 or so design possibilities?....vote on the best one for the Tshirts?

Just thinking here (thinking usually gets me in trouble)

Sounds like a good idea to mr, but then again I can't draw a stright line with a ruler. Anyone else have any ideas?

Sounds like a great idea! Now, if only I was a good designer.:rotfl:

I think that's an awesome idea! First things first, though. We need to come up with a name/theme for the cruise....anyone got any good ideas on that front?

Hey Fellow sailors:

Let's tie the announcement of the Disney Fantasy Keel Artwork Design being revealed into a question of the week.

What are your first impression of the design and what would have been your suggestion if you had the final decision?

:rolleyes1

Steve

I'm disappointed that it wasn't a Fab 5. I understand it not being Minnie since she is in the Atrium. Daisy would have seemed a good choice. That said, it's cute, I guess. :confused3

But if I had had any input into the decision...it would have been Tinkerbell! :goodvibes
But I suppose she's too *small* for that to work....

:goodvibes

I hadn't been by our little neck of the woods here in months--so nice to see all the activity AND how many return groups are on board!

My intro is way up in the pages but our sailing party includes three families from our Dream 4-day this spring looking to sail again together PLUS some friends of mine were persuaded my reviews of the dream to book so there's another couple of families :o)

We might be cancelling. Yesterday we actually changed our room from an outside on deck 2 to a verandah on deck 6. We decided we didn't want an outside cabin or to be that low on the ship.
But then we realized that the kids have 2 weeks at the end of August before school starts, and that we are pulling them from school for this trip.

So we booked a WDW trip for that time in August (the cruise prices were $9,000+). But August in the parks is HOT...

Will keep you all informed.

so sorry to hear that, Jeff, but totally get where you are coming from. That's the joy of being empty nesters! ;)

It's been really quiet here....

Hi everyone :wave2:

We just got off the Disney Dream today and booked the Fantasy for 11/3/2012! Can't wait to be there! The wait is pretty long though:upsidedow, I sure hope it goes by fast. Can't wait to stop at Puerto Rico :yay::yay: and book excursions.

I'm hoping to do fish extenders, is the list closed already? This cruise will consist on myself, DH and my dad.

Only 13 months to go.........
