I am Kathy and I'm new here too.

I assume since you did pin trading cruises you like the pins too.
I love Disney pins. I don't have a lot but I do have some.

I have a palstic baggies full of ones I like to trade with. That way I save my favorites.
I have a Donald hat with Donald pins on it and the same with a Goofy hat.
Then i have cork boards with pins on them.

I may bring a few on the crusie becaue they usually have once or twice people gather to trade on every cruise.
My son use to work at WDW and he got me great discounts on them and when he quit he gave me a few that are cast member only and i am keeping those!!

I keep hoping they will make a Jessie pin to complete my Toy Story set but each time we ask they have never heard of one yet,so I keep looking and hoping someday they will make one.

I am not particular about what pins I collect. When I see one I like, I get it.
But I do try and get a pin on the ship for each port we are going to, if they are still making them??

The extras I trade are sets of the Disney buses including the older cruiseline buses and I have alot of various Mickey pins and a few villians and Donald too, maybe a few duplicate Chip n Dales too.

I have a wide variety of pins. Some are character, some animated movie characters, some from the cruise, some are the parking icons from AK. My son got me a ton of different ones. Some i have 10 of the same, so those I try to trade.

I will bring some with me and your welcome to look at them if you want. No pressure to trade but if you see something you like I'm sure we can make a trade. Like I said I am not fussy about what I have. If i like it, I get it.

I am at the parks almost every weekend.
So I have a lot of chances to trade when I feel like it.
I am maybe 10 miles from WDW, 6 miles as the crow flies. We even hear the fire works every evening at 9 when they shoot them off.

Lucky duck! I am so disappointed I wasn't able to make it down there to get the 30th anniversary pin from EPCOT. I have friends who head that way but they are not sure if they will make it in time to get me one, I told them anyone of the 30th anniversary I would be happy just want it for my collection.

I have been collecting since the millennium celebration and been loving it since. I hope they will have some special pin for the Fantasy first year when we get there. But I love the idea of doing a little trading and like you said sometimes it is not even part of my collection just something that catches my eye. My Mom does that a lot. She had me going around the park the one year looking for all the pirates cutesy pins, she wanted the whole set just because she liked pirates and thought they were cute.

But sounds like a plan, I signed up for the FE and I have been thinking of what to get to already use in them.

Logo design

Anyone have the design without the Disney characters in it? I was thinking of using that for something but having issues with Disney Trademark.

The last day to sign up or vote will be this Friday (10/12/2012). However, unless I come into work on Saturday, I won't be posting the final (or emailing out) information until Monday (10/15/2012).

If you are interested in the stateroom delivery Maps - they - well - I can only promise them by Monday, 11/5/2012 (but they should be done sooner than that)

We have spotted a great FE gift that requires ordering, I am holding off until we know the numbers, it would be very helpful if we knew Saturday, the gift comes from overseas and can take upwards of 25 days to arrive in the mail. The scotch in my ancestry prevents me from paying for international couriers. If you can pull it together on Saturday this Disney cruiser for one would be very grateful.

Not that you asked me. . . but I collect Jiminy Cricket pins (and anything else Jiminy!) - I actually found 2 that I didn't have a few weeks back and a local flea market

Yes!! Sorry . . . I did update the roll call (post #3) and the FE List (post #29) yesterday with your information.

I will hopefully be posting another update today - we have hit 30 and will be splitting . . .

Hello All!!

There are 2 more days to sign up to be in the FE, but we have hit 30 (staterooms)!!!

Here is how things currently stand:

I won't be around at all tomorrow, Thursday, 10/11/12 [not because the new Jonas Brothers CD comes out, I have to take Linda to the hospital to get a procedure done]. Hopefully, by the end of the day on Friday, some of the 6 "unknown"s will have a stateroom assignment. If not, I will simply divide them between the two groups, to allow anyone that is personalizing their gifts to move forward.

If I don't come into the office on Saturday, I will send out the split, just not in a pretty spreadsheet (because I don't want to hold up Steve!)

Thanks and I will keep that in mind since I am trying to figure some of my FE gifts to put in play.

Thanks also for the additional logo designs - but I decided $300 was pricey to create a logo pin for the group to pass out that was just for the design creation and 25 pins I believe.

Also not to be push but where you able to add me to the group FE list?

I didn't realize you wanted that for a pin - I would have made it more compact - but yea - that is a bit pricey!
