Currently here. Crowds were good Sunday and Tuesday. Insane yesterday. Today they are back to ok. It’s definitely crowded, but if you rope drop, you can get quite a bit done in the first few hours. We haven’t used lightning lanes at all…. I refuse to pay that

I hope your group is having a fantastic time! Have you watched the evening Christmas Fantasy parade? I am hoping to get decent seats on Saturday but wasn't sure how soon people start camping out for the prime spots. We keep missing the parade just because the kids we have with us have been wanting to do rides instead. We’ve been many times at Christmas , so the parade isn’t a top priority this time. But for Fantasmic and fireworks, we have just been walking up about 20 minutes before. Town square has been really busy around 5ish just before the parade most days this week. The 5:30 parade starts from there. Maybe try and get a spot further down Main Street or near small world. It’s also been really chilly at night, so bring warm clothes! Yes, our trip has been great so far. We have Friday and Saturday left and then back home to Canada, where it has apparently snowed while we’ve been gone…. And not the kind like on Main Street that smells like gingerbread
I think taking down the construction walls in NOS helped. When I was there last week, they had tape on the ground for where people could stand and watch Fantasmic. It seemed better organized than it had been in the past.
