You guys amaze me how you can know exactly what parks you will be in and what restaurants you will book for those days. I start making ADRs on Friday and I'm so freaked out because I feel like I can't possibly know what we're doing yet! LOL I have to figure out what days we're going to do US/IoA and what days we'll take off and what days we'll be in what parks and I'm overwhelmed with all of those decisions!! :scared1: ;)

Out of these...which ones first:
Ohana(breakfast)
Ohana(dinner)
CRT(late lunch like 2pm)
Tusker House(breakfast)
Crystal Palace(breakfast)
Akershus(breakfast)

I think most of us bounce between this site http://www.easywdw.com/ (Free) and www.tourningplans.com (Paid)Figure out your best Dsiney days and take it from there. :thumbsup2YOU CAN DO IT!! :goodvibes

I'm having the hardest time deciding which parks on which days. We won't be doing table service (except for Rainforest) so that isn't an issue. I'm planning on 6 day tickets so I know we'll do MK twice for sure, but not positive about which other place to do twice. The first day we're probably arriving mid-morning to early afternoon. My kids/dh want to check on DTD. I'm pretty sure that a few of us will want to hit a park that evening, too. Hence the 6 day ticket. Only MK & EP are open until 8-9 PM. I don't want that to be one of my MK days since I totally LOVE MK.

Also, I have a subscription to Touring Plans but I'm not sure if I should go by their recommendations or by Easy WDW's. Last time I went with a combo of both plus what I wanted to do. It worked out fairly well. Also, how are the crowds at MK on a MVMCP day if I'm okay with leaving the park early? Are crowds lighter because the park closes early?

I swear I obsess with planning more each trip.

Well you are also staying for a long time...im staying for 8 days so not as challenging as yourvacation but not nearly as fun! :thumbsup2

Is the dessert party still very near a designated smoking section..? We are both allergic to it.

Yes the park seems to be lighter on MVMCP days because it closes at 7. We were going to have 2 FULL MK days but since I found out they are taping the xmas parade, I had to cut down my MK time. Now I have 1 full day, one mvmc evening AND our departure day

Out of these...which ones first:
Ohana(breakfast)
Ohana(dinner)
CRT(late lunch like 2pm)
Tusker House(breakfast)
Crystal Palace(breakfast)
Akershus(breakfast)
Fantamic! Package at MM

I was thinking CT would be first but have heard to do F! package or Ohanas first :confused3: Now I am confused......ARGH!

I completely forgot about the parade taping. Now I'm rethinking Friday. I had us starting in MK and then going to Epcot that evening. Epcot is open until 12:30am that night. Oh man....................:rotfl:

This is one thing I can't help you with. I will probably just start with Sunday and go through the week. :confused3 Unless ya'll have different suggestions.

Well I went and looked and as of right now all my ressies for 9-11ppl are available on Saturday nov 24th(even though I dont need that day :lmao: ) So hopefully they will be easy to get tomorrow. Even Ohana dinner is still available!

I'm encouraged by this! I'm hoping to book Ohana Dinner for the 26th! I kind of have my heart set on dinner and fireworks on the beach for our first night, so I'm hoping I won't be disappointed!

Thanks for sharing!

It's been my expierence in the past do Character Meals first if you are looking for early morning before park opening times.

Then 'Ohana and F! Pkg

Then any late breakfast times

I am still in a quandary over my park day schedule and what we want to eat:confused3

I am going to plan on the DxDp and if I don't get FD or a room discount just cancel later.

I have been worrying for some time about them holding back restaurants for the CP Pkgs so I do have a list of alternate places just in case

I originally figured on doing the last CP Pkg but now I am thinking maybe going the 6:45 show which would mean dinner between 3:30 and 4:30 going by last years times.

To get a lunch pkg for Le Cellier the show would be at 5 and which seems too early since it will not even be dark by then.

Anyone have any thoughts about what show they want to attend?

FYI last year CPPkg info was released 6/30 or 7/1 and booking opened up on 7/26.

Okay, all of our ADR's were finished by 7:20. Got everything we needed, including the 3 parties of 17!

We've got...

Sat. 24th: Tony's Town Square for 6 at 5:30
Sunday: Cape May Cafe for 17! at 5:20
Monday: TRex for 6 at 5:30
Tuesday: Chef Mickey for 17 at 5:25 (MVMCP that night)
Wednesday: Ohanas for 6 at 5:05
Thursday: Mickey's Backyard BBQ for 17 at 6:30.

Got everything we wanted and the times we wanted. thanks Mickey!

Okay ya'll, talk to me about Ohanas. I keep looking at it. Then walking away.
