We might be going back this November

I really hope we do, it was so nice last November!

We have a family trip (myself, DH, our three boys, and Grandma) planned for November.
The 22nd - 29th and we are staying at POFQ.

We plan to hit the parks pretty hard the first few days, hoping it won't be too bad at the beginning of the week, then just go with the flow on Thursday - Sunday.
Thinking about doing Thanksgiving Day at AK with dinner at Boma in the hopes it won't be so crowded there. Thoughts?

We are booked at CR starting Nov 28th for a week! We went the week after Thanksgiving in 2007 and loved it. This past year we decided to do October, so I waited and then booked for 2009 as soon as I could.. I can't wait for the holidays this year.

We are heading out west to DL for a brief trip in June, and all that will do is crank me up for our holiday trip.

We're in too. Nov 14-22. traveling with DSis and her family so the cousins can do Disney together. It will be their first WDW trip ever! I can't wait. I'll have to search through the threads to see if any holiday lights wil be up. I think MK should be up for MVMCP by then. It seems sooooo far away.

BTW, we're one of the very few staying offsite. We'll be in a villa at Windsor Hils.

Me and my BF will be there the week of 10/31-11/7 at CBR!! We'll get there and start it off with MNSSHP! I've only stayed on site twice (both were in our old motor home at Fort Wilderness) so I'm so excited for my first resort stay! I'm thinking about getting our last night at the Contemporary to suprise my BF with since we will be celebrating our 3 year anniversary!

Can anyone who has been to WDW for the 2nd and 3rd week of November -- i.e. between Jersey week/Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving -- comment on the crowd levels and wait times? We have traditionally gone the first week of December, but are thinking of changing that because December, 2008 was 3-4x more crowded than ever before, which still may not be that bad compared to other times of the year, but this part of November interests us due to fewer events, holiday stuff (but not as much) and warmer temps.

Any thoughts?

I would love to know when Jersey week is--and I would think that it would be that crowded around Veterans Day (since it is only one day & mid week) I think that we will be going between Nov 10-22 (sometime around there-all depends on the deals!) Thanks for the info on Jersey week.

November for me too! I think if you're within 1 year, it's OK to start the countdown. It's like Christmas, half the fun is the planning and anticipation!

Yeah I had a lot of good times on last year's thread, so I wanted to make sure we had one for this time around! Hopefully everyone will get into it once the real planning gets going.
