I should have read your entire message - I just went directly to the offer and called CRO to change our reservations - the CM was very confused, then realized the code doesn't start until tomorrow I'll be on the phone again first thing in the am, though!

No, it's only for Disney Visa holders only. You must use the card to make your deposit.

Yes, it can be applied to a previous booking, provided there are rooms available under this offer.

You have to use the card to pay your deposit on the DV code reservations.....and it took about a week or so to get our card when we applied, so you won't have it tomorrow. I don't know how quickly these rooms will go (probably fast) but if I were you I'd go ahead and apply for the card anyway...then you'll be ready when the next special comes along. Plus you can then be using it to pay for everything you can think of and earning those reward dollars (of course paying it off each month so no finance charges). We've got almost $500 in rewards coming because I charged all the bills, everything on those cards and then paid if off. Free money, it doesn't get any better than that; not even free dining (well almost not)

Hello everyone! I've plowed through some of the 70+pages on this thread and just wanted to ask.... Is there any other discounts or codes floating around for room-only or possibly a package for Mid-November? I'm looking at coming probably Nov.8-16th. I saw a couple of AAA postings and will try that, also noticed the QXD code, but note sure if it's good during that time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Oh, and one last question, the crowds are pretty light in mid-Novemeber, correct?

Yep! Saved another $300!!! On top of the $400 I already saved... Total savings $700!

Do I have to purchase a 1-day MYW ticket for everyone who's three and up in my party, or is it something else?

You would have to buy tickets for every person in the package.

You can buy 1 day tickets. But something you may want to consider: if you get longer stay tickets with your package (if you book free dining), and you don't use them, you can save them for a future trip... as long as you don't use them (unless you get no expiration) you will be able to use them whenever and you get them at todays prices. If you decide to go again in 10 years... prices could be $300 a person for a 5 day base ticket as opposed to the $225 or so they are now.

I priced out free dining... now costs assumed with food is all assumed. But it came out to save us $175 if we went with free dining as opposed to the PIN code I have. But here's the weird thing. Our package with no discount is $1243.28 but free dining costs $1108.88 with everything being the same (same hotel, number of nights, room level, and ticket option).
