I am looking for some help to get the best deal

Heres my details

2 Adults ( young at heart )
5 days 4 Nights wanted
Leaving from Ashford on Eurostar
Can go anytime from November 5th to 15th
Wanting to stay in Disney Hotel
£500 per person budget

I am looking for the best deal I can get, and need your help on best place to book, who to book with or do it all seperately ?

Or even your advice on changing a few things to get the most out of our trip

Thought with the dates we could see Bonfire and Christmas stuff. Is that possible ?

We have always found booking direct with Disney offered the best deal. The prices for the winter season should be released about May/June
