Nov 8th 2003 - anyone know why 2/3 hotels are booked?

I was hoping to book PBH for next year, nov 7 & 8. I couldn't get that saturday night at any rate, with any minimum stay! I could not get HRH either.

For now, we have RPH booked for 3 nights at the $110 Entertainment rate. They couldn't book it for that rate for less than 3 nights.

This was the only weekend in November that didn't have availability. Any idea why? We thought maybe the beer festival would be this weekend, but it hardly seems large enough to sell out 2 hotels!

this is always a busy weekend in Orlando, major conventions...probably the beer fest...ABC soap fest at disney, festival of the masters at disney...booked every year, very early!!

At first the person I talked with said she didn't think the info was in the computer yet! She told me to call back in MAY!! She was nice though, and checked the weekend after when I asked if she could. Once she realized that was fully available she started checking around to see what she could book for me.

I knew it was a busy time, but I didn't think I'd have a problem getting a room a year in advance!
