Why are all the threads about Shaun being locked? Are we not allowed to talk about his exit? I'm so sad about him leaving. He was one of the best on the podcast. Not wanting to "be famous", just sharing his interests in Disney and Universal in a very professional way. I sure would like to have seen others leave before him! I guess this means a podcast break for me. I'm sad about him leaving but also a bit disappointed about the turn out. If this happen with no hard feelings, then he should have had a goodbye show, but the way Pete said it, shows that this was with very hard feelings!

Well ....imagine if the thread was to land in the top 10 for the month!

There is a lot being assumed, no one but Shaun and Pete/Corey/Team really know what happened. I'm alright accepting it and moving on.

If nothing else, all of this creates an interesting dynamic for podcasters ...especially on the video side.

I am shocked at the way this board is being run. I loved the Dis and the podcast and I'm sure them letting Shaun go was legitimate and necessary for whatever reason. What I am upset about is how they are trying to control the content of the boards. My post had nothing to do with Shaun and it was deleted.

I know Pete has said he controls these boards. This is his site and he will delete or remove anything he doesn't want on there. It's a fine line . . . We the fans love the show and the cause for give kids the world. Please don't allianate us because some people care about why Shaun was let go or left.

Yes, I think you DID listen to a different podcast! It was as generic as it gets. I have been a fan for years, but this situation really stinks and the closed threads do too.

Pete said what he is suppose to say in a situation like this! Nothing else! Of course it wasn't an amicable split, but why would he say anything else on the air. You are naive if you believe that this is the situation. I don't really care about the reasons, but the fact that it's being turned down like this and the fact that one of the best podcasters are gone, makes me sad!

These threads are not being locked because people are saying they miss Shaun. Shaun is an awesome guy and contributed so much to the website and podcast while he was here, so it's definitely understandable that he will be missed and that people want to express that.

The threads are being locked because of the speculation that is taking place. Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss any of the details about why this happened. The same thing with goes with Shaun. So, to be fair, we are not going to let the speculation run wild on this board.

I know you want answers, but we can't give them to you. I hope you can understand.
