Nothing Like Waiting Until the Last Minute! HELP!!!!!

I'm leaving in less than 4 hours and I hope someone out there is awake enough to whip up a design. Anyone out there have any ideas for La Nouba (Cirque du Soleil)? I don't need to put it on a shirt. I bought tkts for our anniversary/DH's b-day but haven't told him. My creative juices are tapped out and I need some help!
