Tell me about the things that you do in Orlando that are off the beaten path. Things that aren't so high energy. Things that kids will enjoy, but so will adults.

Looking for quiter things to do for decompression! :)

We actually really enjoyed the Ripley's museum although I don't know how much fun it would be for kids.

Go-carts on International drive .They spiralup a few floors the drop back down in a figure 8.

Oldtown is nice go over and watch a few of the drag racers run .

Nice Mini golf all over the place One with Pirates ship is way cool.

A few years ago, we rented air boats (like from Gentle Ben). They were fun to "tool around" in for a while.

How about the Kennedy Space Center? Not in Orlando, but certainly do-able in a day. If you are planning a spring trip, don't forget about all the spring training games in and around the Orlando area. Then there's always Daytona beach.
