Not Universal Saavy at all-Help Please

Heading to Disney in Jan/Feb and really want to do 1 day at Universal-Mostly we want to/need to see Harry Potter!!! So... can we do Harry Potter and other things (IoA?) in 1 day, that time of year? Any suggestions on how to get there, for 7 people for the day, from Beach Club Villas? Do I/Can I get my passes in advance, and if so, how? Any advice is greatly appreciated!! This is our first trip to Universal and I hate feeling clueless! Thanks!

Yes, you can hit the highlights of both parks in one day during that time of year as long as you avoid President's Day week. However, I can imagine with seven people it's hard to move from thing to thing. You will easily get the Harry Potter stuff done though.

Schedule a Mears shuttle to and from Universal. You can buy your passes on the Universal website and they will ship them to you if you like.

Harry Potter is in BOTH parks.You will need a park to park ticket to see it all and ride the Hogwarts express..It may be possible to see IOA and the potter stuff, but NO way both parks fully..Keep in mind Universal closes ALOT earlier than Disney, and in Jan /Feb closing of 6-7pm is not unusual
