Like I have mentioned before, I am planning my DH's and I first trip to Universal this September (hoping most are in WDW for the free dining and won't be in Universal ;) ). I am curious- what are the be sure not to miss rides and attractions? :confused3
We LOVE thrill rides- we are 31 (well, DH will be while we are there, I already am ;) ) and are traveling without our girls, so we can stear clear of the children's rides... :confused3

At Universal: Mummy, Men in Black, Shrek, ET (I know it is a kiddy ride but I think it is cute), Terminator, Jaws, and Back to the Future. (If you have time do Twister and Earthquake)

At IOA: Hulk , Spiderman, Popeye's, Dudley, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Dueling Dragons, and Cat in the Hat (another kiddy ride but it is cute.) (If you have time, do Dr. Doom or Poseidon.)

In addition to what Phamton recommended, I also recommend the following:

IOA's Dr. Doom - I think this is a must if you like those types of rides because the view that you get while on the ride is cool.

IOA's Eighth Village of Sinbad - I think this show is really neat. Plus, it's a nice way to take a little break from the walking & standing.

Universal's Jimmy Neutron - I think this is a fun attraction.

Universal's Horror Make-up Show - This show is funny and definitely worth going to.

I've only done Back to the Future, Twister & Earthquake once, I personally didn't care for them. But if you have time, they may be worth checking out. Just a warning, Back to the Future can be a quite "painful" ride...literally painful.

Have fun! :teeth:

I love Horror Make-up and can't beleive I left that one off. Sinbad is good but is only seasonal. I think everyone should do Earthquake, BTTF, and Twister at least once but none are rides that need repeating. Jimmy Neutron seems like a waste of time to me though unless you have little kids. I'm also not a big fan of Dr. Doom as it seems like a ride that is at every carnival or amusement park. It just pales in comparison to Tower of Terror.

If you have to wait BTTF and Jimmy Neutron are not worth it. The only reason we did Jimmy Neurtron was because the grandkids wanted to and it was a very bumpy ride. And if, like me, you have no idea who Jimmy Neutron is just skip it. Shrek was also a jerky ride and a bit boring, but maybe that was because it broke down and we had to sit there for about 20 min., also crowd control was terrible and the 4 of us didn't get to sit together.
